Valentine's Dinner for 2 - take and bake for pick up or delivery Feb 12, 13th and 14th
1st Course Trout Lox Bruschetta - toasted onion baguette, caramelized shallot cream cheese, pickled red onion, dill, lemon
2nd Course Pan - seared chicken supreme with aged cheddar gnocchi, with onions, wilted spinach, tomatoes and brown side, side of honey caraway roasted heirloom carrots finished with shiitake cream and red wine reduction sauce
Dessert - Chocolate dulce de leche Chocolate cookie crust, caramel dulce, milk chocolate ganache, black pepper strawberry coulis, whipped cream and chocolate covered strawberries
